Matt is the founder of Majd Law Group, P.C., where he represents clients in Personal Injury and Employment Law matters. With experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation, Matt brings valuable insight into the legal process and how opposing parties approach claims. Throughout his career, he has secured more than $10 million in settlements for clients across Personal Injury and Employment Law cases.

As a seasoned trial attorney and litigator, he has trial experience in both state and federal courts. He has served as first chair in numerous jury trials including a seven-week jury trial and previously served as second chair in a three-week jury trial while working at a national defense firm.

Matt has significant experience in both personal injury and employment law. For employment law, he represents clients in matters involving retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination. For personal injury, he represents clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, traumatic brain injury, and premises liability.

Matt earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2021, with a concentration in Civil Litigation. During law school, he was a competitor in the school’s mock trial academy and moot court team, winning Third Best Oralist in the USD Alumni Torts Moot Court Competition. Matt was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, Matt obtained his B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law from the University of California, San Diego.

In his free time, Matt enjoys volunteering at the First Presbyterian Church soup kitchen, assisting as a judge in mock trial tournaments, spending time with his puppy Ryder, and being with his family or by the beach.
